RETURN AND / OR EXCHANGE

We Are Wovens hopes that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to contact us.First check the wrap on arrival and before you wash your wrap!If you want to exchange or return items, we request that you send an e-mail to info@wearewovens.com within 14 days of receipt. The costs for returning are for your account.


Unused, unwashed and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days of the invoice date, for exchange or for the money to be refunded. We Are Wovens are free to accept or not accept items that are returned outside the aforementioned period. We Are Wovens does not accept returns of undamaged items that have been washed, worn or whose labels have been removed.

We Are Wovens is not liable for the loss of packages that are sent.
Damaged itemsIf you want to exchange or return a damaged item, we request that you send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order to info@wearewovens.com. Damaged items are only accepted if the items have been delivered damaged to the customer. All damaged returned items are checked and items that we believe are damaged due to regular wear and tear are not accepted as damaged.


RefundYou will be reimbursed within 14 days after your return shipment has been processed by us. The amount of all undamaged, correctly returned items will be refunded to the bank account of the original buyer.


We Are Wovens reserves the right to change this policy, especially when the legislation is changed. Visit this page regularly so that you are aware of any changes.
